There are several ways to begin the admissions process for Broken Shackle Ranch, Inc.  We accept students from the following sources:

• The Department of Family & Children Services (DFCS)
• The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ)
• Private families who are concerned about their son's future

    Criteria for admission are as follows:

• The youth must be at least 16 years of age
• He must have a current psychological evaluation (within the last 2 years)
• Our program must be able to meet the needs of the applicant
• He must WANT help and realize the need for change in his life

    To begin the admission process, please print our Student Application, fill it out as completely as possible, and fax it to us at 478-348-3652.  If you have a copy of the applicant's most current psychological, you can simply fax that to us in addition to the application.
