We are always looking for amazing people that are interested in making a life long difference with the youth that need our help so badly. We teach a full array of vocational skills that require specialized instructors, so finding skilled workers with a teaching mindset is so important. We also have positions within our organization focus on supervision of the students at all times including overnight, evening and weekends. We have some very specific criteria that we must abide by with the staff & volunteers in order to have a strong program as well as results in the guys we serve. The type of staff that we hire at the ranch is so important to this process & with the understanding that we pride ourselves on being the very best we can & we must have the best staff to help teach & mentor our young men.
All staff must first and formost haveheart for the hurting! This is such a important part and must be in the fibers of your being to be effective!
